Stretches at Your Desk

Here are some simple stretches you can incorporate into your daily routine.

Hold each stretch for 30 seconds

  • Seated, forward flexion sitting in a chair, arms hang to floor, feet flat on floor
  • Seated, diagonal arm across back (hold wrist)
  • Standing hip flexor & quad stretch and hamstring stretch
  • Standing, place hands on low back, round shoulders forward
  • Seated neck stretches
  • Seated arms stretched out with hand rotation
