New faith theme posted unveiled at Division Opening

During yesterday's Division Opening Celebration, we officially unveiled our faith theme poster for this year, designed by St. Lorenzo Ruiz Middle School grade nine student Sophia Hernandez.
Sophia’s piece was inspired by Hebrews 6:19, "We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure." Her drawing beautifully captures our faith journey, showing a ship in a storm being guided by a lighthouse. The anchor, shaped like a cross, represents our firm faith in God, while the light piercing through the clouds symbolizes the transformative power of love and grace. Three doves represent the Holy Trinity, bringing hope and peace, and a cross in the clouds signifies God’s presence.
This powerful and moving artwork will be on display throughout the division for the duration of the school year.
Well done, Sophia!
