See You at the Pole

This morning we joined École Secondaire Notre Dame High School staff and students, as well as Trustees Kim Pasula and Cynthia Leyson, for "See You at the Pole".

The annual gathering brings thousands of students together at flagpoles to pray and worship. The tradition began on September 12, 1990, when a group of Texas teens met to pray for their schools - and it's incredible to see how it's grown into a global movement. Normally celebrated as part of Global Week of Student Prayer, Notre Dame chose to celebrate a week early as staff and students will be attending an event off campus next week.
