Sacred Heart of Jesus
Today, we honor the Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, a powerful reminder of Christ's boundless love for us.
From His very conception, Jesus' human heart beat with a love that was both human and divine. This profound mystery of the Incarnation calls us to respond to God's love with our whole being, loving others as Christ loved us.
As St. John reminds us, "No one has greater love than this, to lay down one’s life for one’s friends" (John 15:13). May we all find the courage and compassion to love as Jesus did.
