RDCRS hosts local school bus roadeo

Our Transportation Department were thrilled to host the Local School Bus Roadeo at École Secondaire Notre Dame High School on Saturday.

A total of 24 contestants from RDCRS, Chinook's Edge School Division No 73, Wolf Creek Public Schools and Prairie Bus Lines were put through their paces on the obstacle course throughout the morning and afternoon.

Here are the winners that will be representing Red Deer Catholic Regional Schools at the Provincials on June 3.

Small Bus (Peanut Bus)

• 1st - Tracey Myers (spare driver)
• 2nd Brian Sandness (IS - 82)
• 3rd Elaine Miko (IS - 81)

Big Bus

• 1st - Jennifer Marquez (and Top Rookie) (S-30)
• 2nd Nadine Young (S-43)
• 3rd Michelle Garrett (S-68)
