Anne Marie Watson was born and raised in Red Deer and is a proud Red Deer Catholic grad. She completed post-secondary studies at Red Deer College (now Red Deer Polytechnic), the University of Alberta (Bachelor of Arts), and the University of Western Ontario (Master of Library and Information Science; now Western University). Ms. Watson is a lifelong parishioner at Sacred Heart, is an active community volunteer and advocate, and works at Red Deer Polytechnic Library. She has been a Trustee since 2010 and remains passionate about building strong communities and the transformative power of Catholic education.
