High Split Rotation

  • 2 sets of 6 each direction

Band Pull Aparts

  • 3 sets of 12-15 reps

Band Pass Throughs

  • 10 reps each side

Split Squat Press Throughs

  • 3 sets of 6-8 reps each direction
