Technology Coaches

Technology is a major part of our world and we are committed to integrating technology into student learning.

Every school has a teacher assigned to be a Technology Coach. These teachers assist in the transformation of student learning by providing their schools with a customized instructional support program and by sharing best technology instructional practices.

Technology Coaches accomplish this many different ways including:

• Supporting teachers with technology integration
• Innovative technology use and research
• Liaison between the Information Technology Department and the school

Technology Coaches meet a number of times over the school year to collaborate and learn about best technology instructional practices that they can take back to their schools. By focusing on the integration of technology, they play a critical role in achieving school and division goals.
